U-SEAL ROD INCH
DESCRIPTION
This seal is the Disogrin D-300 profile, which is an asymmetrical design twin-lip rod u-seal that provides superb sealing performance in standard and compact designs. The asymmetrical design positions the seal securely in the housing to prevent twisting and assures dry-rod performance. The second lip on the inside diameter offers additional protection against dirt and contaminant ingression while also protecting from twisting in the groove.
Made from premium 92A urethane, the D-300 has outstanding wear and extrusion resistance, ensuring maximum operating life. This extrusion resistant material and design are engineered to withstand high pressures (6,000 PSI), and the preload design seals effectively even with unpressurized systems.
